Avoid at all cost. Every time I call there is some sort of issue. Recently ordered a perscription, 2 weeks on and still waiting for it. Chemists never received the order even tho I rang up 2 times to get it ordered. When I called up,I was told that there was no perscription ordered in the last 2 weeks ?? Save yourself the hassle and go to another GP.
Avoid them if you’re not white. I called in first to see what me and my husband need to register as a new patient. The lady on the phone was nice and helpful, told me to just come in and get the documents, also explained what docs we will need to provide. However, when I went to the surgery in person the receptionist was disrespectful and said why do I want to register here, I should go to another surgery!!! I said that’s my choice and just want to get the registration done. She said no, I need to prove my right to remain ev... read more
