Awful experience and poorly delt with by William Northam's team. We had a deeply disappointing experience with William Northam. They lost our pictures and took an unacceptable 7 months to resolve the issue. Not only could they not locate our pictures with the reference number, date, description of photographer and even the time the pictures were taken, they also wanted pictures of me and the family on the day, which luckily we took! After eventually finder our pictures, they're asking us to wait an additional 6 weeks due to ... read more
