I had two appointments with Dr. Johnston. Both times the wait was minimal. Dr. Johnston was very clear in explaining his diagnosis and what the next steps should be. He was very thorough and seemed to be concerned about my health.
Dr. Johnston displays an obvious sense of expertise in his field. He is very easy to talk to. I've seen many doctors in my life, in, and out of the military. Most have a natural display of arrogance and intimidation, whether they mean to or not.
