My husband was diagnosed with with prostate cancer mid 2018. After doing a lot of research and talking with different people. He decided to have it removed. Dr. Johnston was recommended to him. He explained the procedure to us and answered our questions, he was very informative and straight forward. The surgery went very well and he has no issues with incontinence. Dr. Johnston said he would have erections and that is slowly coming back. We are happy with the out come of the surgery and the Dr.

I needed a prostatectomy. Dr Johnston prepared me for my surgery, there were no surprises. After surgery I did not see Dr Johnston until an office visit a few weeks later, but the other Dr's in his practice we're there during recovery and helped me through some post surgery concerns. Once I was out of the hospital I had questions. Once home, he called a couple times to see how I was doing. Considering the operation, it has been a positive experience.
I'm so glad someone recommended Dr. Johnston to me and now I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a Dr.

I've been working with Dr Johnston as a patient for over 4 years. He has been treating me for BPH and helping me maintain active surveillance on my prostate cancer. I'm very pleased with the working relationship we've developed over that time. He is thorough, easy to discuss my concerns with, answers my questions and demonstrates an appropriate level of compassion. He performed one surgical procedure for me related to my BPH and was pleased with the results. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Johnson's treatment and the results have left me with an outcome that is not in the majority. A lot of the results in this treatment are a result of positive thinking on the patient's part. That seems like it has a large effect on the end result of prostrait surgery.
A great surgeon. My prostate was unusually large and through his experience and knowledge, he was able to effectively remove it. On the road to recovery!
