I've dealt with Jo for over ten years now and she is always professional, efficient, gives great advice and is really easy to talk to. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in lettings.
AVOID! If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Initially when you approach them they are helpful, however once you have made a contract with them for a tenancy for example, they are absolutely useless. The staff are very poor and do not support the landlord or tenant whatsoever. You pay a monthly fee to them and you actually end up doing the communication yourself. I cannot stress enough, use a different company.
