Absolute nightmare experience with William H Brown Newark. We called about a reduced property, booked a viewing, and drove 130 miles specially to see it. We really liked the house. Our appointment was at 11:00 with the agent Aidan. He had double-booked us – another couple arrived at 11:15 while we were still viewing, which left us blocked in and cut our time short.
