I had a great experience going with this William H Brown for buying a house as a first time buyer. From the beginning, everyone at the EA has been really helpful and friendly (notably Demi (mortgage), Demi (sales) and Stacey (viewings), helping me find and execute the deal for the right house that met my expectations and requirements. We're highly impressed with William H Brown in Holderness Road, Hull. We recently bought and let through them. Lily Telford (were not related despite sharing a surname, so this is an independent review) has been managing the letting process and has been exceptional. She organised a full redecoration of the property, got it advertised quickly, and it was let within 4 days. William H Brown really couldn't have done better.
Having to relocate from Southern England back to Hull was a daunting prospect, however I thank my lucky stars I chose to contact the wonderful ladies at William H Brown. Liz, Jazmine and the team have been so helpful to me, and I really appreciated their kindness at such a stressful time. Thank you.
