Moving house is a very difficult and convoluted process but I found William Brown very understanding and patient. They talked us through each stage and were always available to talk either on the phone or if we popped in to the branch. Really excellent communication, we were never left hanging wondering what was going on and we were never made to feel a nuisance with all our concerns and questions.
