William H Brown was incredibly attentive and helpful in my property enquiries. In particular Bea King was superb with constant updates, clear communication with the upmost professionalism. I would highly recommend dealing with Bea! I cannot speak for other members of staff but I would personally ask for Bea.
Really excellent - So impressed. Recently had Bea King from William H Brown come and value my home in Debenham (they'd been recommended by a work colleague). Now here's the thing, Bea evidently is quite young, early 20's? but my goodness she was knowledgeable, she was passionate, she was engaging and I just felt she would work tirelessly on my behalf to sell my home for the best price. Not all Estate Agents are the same.
Honestly the worst estate agents I have talked to. Trying to force us to talk to their mortgage person and when said no to, belittle you. Had two people call me not knowing what my details were and thinking I needed a mortgage when I don't. Just had a phone call from the "office" but from a 01473 number?? Saying if i still needed mortgage. NO. I asked if she was from the office and she said yes. I told her I wanted her to cancel my viewing but couldn't do that, I had to phone her colleague, when she's in the same office supp... read more
Very happy so far. Harry and Bea organised some very short notice viewings for us and were very helpful. Responses were quick and accurate.
