Very quick, professional. They understood my situation and helped me rent a flat very quickly at Chelmsford. Can’t thank them enough. They also helped a friend of mine find a flat. ----- Now I'm on the other end of tenancy and getting ridiculous treatment. Don't get call backs even after many days. A ridiculous checkout report which seems to portray a 2 woman team, 6 hours of thorough professional cleaning as domestic cleaning. Every glowing review here is after someone secured a property for rent, not after checkout.
The house buying process is pretty stressful but William H Brown was very helpful keeping things on track, particularly when solicitors were unresponsive. They chased sometimes before I even chased and they kept me in the loop. Always a professional and friendly service.
Amazing experience using William H Brown. They were the estate agents for the property we were purchasing (so we weren't even the ones paying them) and they were always on hand to provide me with an update. Sally did an incredible job keeping everything moving despite us having a very complicated chain. I'll be looking to use them in future should we decide to move again.
William H Brown was great to deal with. The sale took a long time due to many issues along the way. Both Sally and Ashley were superb and always helped in whatever way they could. These were really great people to deal with and I am very grateful for the service they provided.
Thank you Syed for all your help with finding me the perfect property. I was reluctant to view the property at first as I wasn’t sure it would be spacious enough but Syed knew what I was looking for and said I wouldn’t be disappointed and he was so right. Communication was great from start to finish, thank you also to Jamie and everyone else involved. Very happy with the service received and definitely recommend!
