Very unprofessional - didn't turn up then turned up late. Would give 0 stars if I could. I booked in for a valuation today at 3.30pm and 4pm (one for sales and one for letting). At 4.15pm nobody had made contact with me and nobody had turned up so I called the office to find out what was going on. To which they said 'my colleague left over 40 minutes ago' (for context I live 10 minutes from their office and I checked the traffic was not bad at all).
