Just sold our house via WH Brown at faircross. Had a very good experience with Luke, Billy & Gerome who always answered our emails & phone calls promptly-even if it was bad news...buyers pulling out etc. You cannot blame the estate agents for buyers behaviour or market conditions which are a bit flat at the mo. Our own frustrations with the whole buying/selling process in England, is our issue. why can we not have the same process as Scotland? where no one (buyers/sellers/estate agents/solicitors are waiting & wondering whet... read more
