If there is one thing I must do, it is send a special appreciation to estate agent, James and Queen of the office Paula at William Charles. What an awesome team! We just collected keys today, and although house buying can be tumultuous, these guys made it "almost" effortless. Very professional, excellent communication and empathetic to a house buyers predicament. I would definitely buy with William Charles again and Chris, such a gent. A pleasure doing business with you all. Thank you.

Just brilliant!! Was stressful but was made so much smoother by the lovely team at Gravesend. All the team were great, James always returned my phone calls soo promptly, Charlie was really helpful updating every time I phoned, which was alot !!! Emma came up trump's at the end !! And Andrea was just amazing , we had some holdups along the way with the bottom of the chain dropping out but we got there in the end. A massive thankyou to William Charles Would highly recommend 👌 5 🌟
