My mum needed to have residential care when my dad passed away, and in 2016 she went to live in Willan House. The staff have been great with her from day one, they helped her to adjust during this very sad time, and to her changing circumstances, and now 5 years later Willan House has proven to be a home from home for her, the staff are caring and my mum always comments and says "I am well looked after" I can't thank the staff enough for keeping mum safe during the Pandemic. My mum has been at Willan House for 6 years now and I could not wish for a better home for he to be in. The staff are very caring and respectful of her needs, she is very happy there taking part in the many daily activities and games also dancing and singing. Some times pamper day hair done, nails polished and hands massaged. The food is excellent catering for any special needs they may have. So I would say to anyone who is looking for a place for someone, take a look at Willan House you won't be disappointed.

My Nan has been in Willan house for around seven years now and when she went in, we feared she had less than one left. The staff and the home have given her a new zest for life, she is so well looked after and is now deep into her nineties. At times, it must be very hard for the staff to remain as friendly, attentive and understanding as they do, but each and every single one of them has been brilliant with Nan.
