Some time ago, I recommended Mr. Hicks to a friend and he did a first-class job worthy of 5 stars. However I was very surprised by his extremely rude and abrupt telephone manner on a subsequent, unrelated call. This would warrant 0 stars. Hence average 2.5 stars overall. I do hope he has learnt to be a bit more 'Customer-facing' these days. Such a necessary and valuable skill in these competitive times.
