My experience with Wiklinson Property Management have been quite positive during the 3.5 years that I have rented at one of their properties. My property manager is always helpful, timely, and professional anytime something comes up. The team at the office have been great, as well, and the online portal to pay rent is so convenient!
Wilkinson P.M. has been great with helping me manage the condo unit that I have been renting for the past year. Mariano Campos is the associate managing the unit and he has been very responsive and cooperative with any and all issues I have brought him.
Wilkinson PM has been very professional and easy to work with. When we have needed maintenance, they have been prompt and efficient.
I had the best experience renting with them. Every time I had an issue they were on it immediately. I want them to take care of everything again. Keith has been such an excellent resource. He always answers our calls and responds with such helpful information. He's always willing to go the extra mile to help us with our concerns and questions.
