These people are crooks! Completely incompetent and straight up ignore their tenants concerns. Acused me of purchasing and not installing a house air filter so they can run up fake charges and not return full security deposit. My ex and I went with them be cause they were a "professional property management company" what a joke! Save yourself the headaches and find another option!

Gene Williams is my PM. He gets my highest rating because he not only looks out for the property owner, but he takes into consideration the needs of the renter as well. He's very responsive to any call and frequently checks to see if things are okay or if something needs attention. My children and I have lived in our home for 15 years. We love living here because Wilkinson Property Management makes it easy and enjoyable to rent which is a rarity in the Northern Virginia rental market. ***** Wilkinson and Gene!
