We rented a home from Wilkinson while we are in the processes of buying our own home. It was a pleasure from the day we moved in until the end of the lease. They even extended it an extra month due to delays in the closing. Wilkinson PM was very flexible when it came to walk-through appointments, cleaning appointments and we received our security deposit back in full exactly 30 days as promised.
I've been renting from Wilkinson for 4 years now and it has been a pleasure.
Wilkinson is mostly responsive to issues as they arise, but for repairs that might be considered less than absolutely critical, it can sometimes take a little prodding to get the property manager to schedule service. That said, we are long-time tenants and we are reasonably satisfied with the level of service.
Wilkinson has provided property management services to me for several years. They are responsive, helpful and professional. My property manager Keith provides timely communication. Also, I find their portal very user friendly and informative. I recommend Wilkinson to any seeking this type of service.
Don Pett is my property manager and he is the best. We rarely speak, when we do he takes care of everything efficiently and professionally. The option to pay rent online has made my life a lot easier. I would definitely recommend Wilkinson Property Management.
