RecommendedWilkinson is mostly responsive to issues as they arise, but for repairs that might be considered less than absolutely critical, it can sometimes take a little prodding to get the property manager to schedule service. That said, we are long-time tenants and we are reasonably satisfied with the level of service.
Wilkinson P.M. has been great with helping me manage the condo unit that I have been renting for the past year. Mariano Campos is the associate managing the unit and he has been very responsive and cooperative with any and all issues I have brought him.
We’ve been using WPM for about 4 years now. Christine has been great and responsive to our emails/calls. She keeps us updated on our home and tenant needs. Haven’t had to worry too much about our property.

We rented a home from Wilkinson while we are in the processes of buying our own home. It was a pleasure from the day we moved in until the end of the lease. They even extended it an extra month due to delays in the closing. Wilkinson PM was very flexible when it came to walk-through appointments, cleaning appointments and we received our security deposit back in full exactly 30 days as promised.
A poorly ran business and office with deplorable communication to tenants. Also, DON'T use their RateABiz review page because they only keep the positive reviews, seeing as how I wrote a negative review a week ago and it hasn't been posted.
