He's very responsive to any call and frequently checks to see if things are okay or if something needs attention. My children and I have lived in our home for 15 years. Wilkinson is great because they take care of maintenance issues quickly and professionally. They don't bother us when they don't have to, they use friendly and trustworthy sub contractors for things like their annual smoke detector testing, and they've helped when I've locked myself out of my apartment.
