Dealer said the car was available even though the car was sold already. I didn’t appreciate the bait and switch tactic. Also, the internet sales manager was very pushy. I ended up buying from a different dealership.

i was treated horribly. So bad I wouldn't let them give me a car for free. They lied to me over and over .bait and switched prices. , the car was so filthy the previous owner still had things in the car and garbage too. Windows were so dirty couldn't see out of them .they treated me like a crook. And changed sales people on me like 4 or 5 times. Great experience!! Dave in sales is a straight shooter and a pleasure to work with. Hammered out most of the details over the phone as we were purchasing the SUV to accommodate our recent addition of a baby and had limited time! I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Prior to the sale, the customer service was excellent. However, that changed significantly after the purchase was completed. Once the paperwork was finalized, I was handed only one key. I immediately raised concerns, as it's a Mercedes and I knew replacing or duplicating the key fob would be costly. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. Came to test drive a car, after I have scheduled an appointment, had to wait 45 minutes until I was able to drive the car because the sales person was busy with other business, had to test drive it by myself with no explanation what so ever about the car, the car clearly had a bad paint job of the front but it was not disclosed.
