They were so busy they couldn’t focus on their customers who had appointments. Was not helpful just was telling me what they couldn’t do after I gave them all the info they asked for. But I got a car from another Hyundai somewhere else.
They contacted me, i filled out the application and never heard back again
I’m giving Hyundai Medford an A+ and if you’re in the market for a new or used car, I wouldn’t look any further. I was treated with respect and honesty.
