Told them I was interested was waiting on the car to pass inspection and get cleaned. Floormats were dirty. There was a bag of food in the back, mascara in the car and stickers stuck to the dash. It would’ve taken 10 minutes to just do a once over when it came in but somebody bought it right after I looked at it before detailing or inspection. Salesman was nice. Not motivated but nice.

The guy that was helping in the beginning made it a bad experience. He promised me that my car would be delivered to my house at a certain time and it didn’t happen. After I came back to the dealership to express my disappointment , two other salesmen ensured that I would have my car delivered and they kept their word. I’m happy now.

The salesman was not informed that the vehicle was already sold. When I went to meet with him in person, the greeting of the staff at the door when we walked in was very cold and disrespectful. We will never shop there again.
