The sales person was suppose to answer some questions for me and get back to me. I told them u had drive over an hour to test drive a vehicle and I was looking to buy. He never got back with me about any questions I had until a day later he sent me a message the car just sold. Then follows up with us there anything else I can help with.

Appreciate the time...No Complaints
Commmunucated for two days, scheduled visit, told car was there. Drove an hour, car was not there. Salespeople were unapologetic and uninterested is helping by. This dealer will never get my business

Asked a half a dozen questions times whether a couple models had the h-Tex seats and this rep Bryant Juarez wouldn’t sander the question. At first he said all Ioniq 5’a had them. I knew for a fact they didn’t because I looked at a bunch of 2024 SEL’s that did not. So he just kept saying when do you want to come in for a spin instead of answering a basic question I had. Also this was across like 5 email exchanges where he would answer me 24 hours later. I guess he’s just too busy. I bought somewhere else last weekend.
