Started off good was on a roll I did a follow-up with a message to return a call , no call I then called on the 16 of sunday person was out but salesman who did help returned call with misinformation about credit for starters , next when asked about how much would be needed the reply was oh alot! so wile lost my business and atlanta got the sale --- it seems dealerships in New England don't do customers with handicaps or service requests. Never Again

So far great experience, purchased the vehicle.
Sales person and owner were very nice. They didn't have an all wheel drive that I wanted. They wanted to give me half of the other dealers I contacted for my trade.

Very courteous. prompt and professional.
This vehicle had several problems, one being that the check engine light was on. A quick diagnostic on it showed several issues. Another was navigation system. It is disc based and malfunctioning. This is not an inexpensive fix. We were definitely spoken down to and not treated the way we would have expected from a good dealership. I would not recommend stopping here.
