I drove their from Chicago for a test drive appointment. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, I was told the car was being serviced and I could not test drive it that day. Then a week and a half later I had another appointment for a test drive. About 2 hours for my appointment. I was called back that the car was still being serviced. I waited a few more days for them to call for a test drive appointment, but they didn't. I had to contact them to let them know that I ended up buying a car at another dealership.
