Rushed through paperwork and extra fees were added and not explained. Ended up paying too much, more than originally discussed. I’m almost 70 and feel embarrassed that I bought a car from them, I’m now officially a sucker!

Crain Hyundai was very helpful!! They listened to what I wanted and they made it easy to purchase! Would definitely recommend them!
During the process of purchasing of a chosen vehicle, communication STOPPED. We agreed upon a sale price on a vehicle. We even filled out a credit application, they ran our credit reports. Then, no more emails, no phone calls retured! We later got notification from CarGuru of the car already sold. It would be more professional for the dealer telling us that they are unable to sell us the car instead of ghosting us.
They called me back quickly but unfortunately the car I was interested in was not available.
