WOW what a treat!! I had a number of sessions of reflexology at wildwood and I cannot recommend Lauren highly enough! Such a genuine, gentle, knowledgeable practitioner who made me feel so much at ease (I don't like feet or anyone touching my own) and explained all aspects of the treatment. The setting is so serene and peaceful, so much so I found myself drifting off within minutes of the treatment starting. My treatment plan worked a treat! Lauren is absolutely amazing at what she does! I had never had reflexology before but loved every session of my block booking- this is coming from someone who doesn’t like her feet touched! 🙈 I found myself sleeping better and noticed a remarkable difference in my shoulder/neck pain after each session of reflexology! Her treatment room is beautiful and with the fire lit, you could easily fall asleep! Highly recommend Wildwood Reflexology!
