Worst service we have experienced at any eating establishment in years. Food was mediocre compared to other Wild Wings in which we have eaten. No management on site; was told he had to go somewhere. Too many issues to list. Will not be returning.
No longer serve BBQ sandwiches here. Officially off my date night list.
This was my go to spot in 2008 to 2010 and since then been great the food was always on point, beer (my specialty) always cold and I do love my tap cold, and the staff and mgnt. bring out the best in the atmosphere since I've moved back it's like nothing has changed the music I see is still amazing (my best part). Walked in tonight and the girl at the podium didn't even acknowledge we were here I thought that was rude then other people came in after us and were seated before us I personally think it was a racist thing I spoke to the manager and he didn't even reprimand the girl or apologize , not a good way to run a business and your employee was rude
This restaurant should be much better, but instead choose poor quality wings and poor customer service. I always make the mistake of given them second chance, forgetting why I said I wouldn't go back again in the first place.
Spent 45 minutes waiting on food for me, my wife, and our 2 kids today. They weren't even busy. 16 wings, a quesidilla, and some chicken fingers. They had plenty of time to serve two guests their food that walked in after us though. Today was our first visit, and our last. Great job.
I would honestly say that my visit here tonight was the absolute worst experience I've ever had in a resturant...and that's really bad bc I've been to some real sh** holes. I ordered a dirty martini; which is a simple drink anyone would think, but they had no olive juice. I then ordered the new cucumber drink on the menu; which ended up looking nothing like it does in the picture and had chunks of cucumber floating around in the bottom of it.....Yuck!!!! Don't get the tacos...everything is either entirely to salty, or has no flavor at all. Took almost an hour to get our food, there's maybe 6 tables seated....

Worst waitress ever. I don't know her name but the past 2 times I have came in here she was SO rude! After asking us for our menus.. We were trying to gather them up for her.. And she says "um menus!! Who else is ready to order?! I'm waiting!!" I had to stop in the middle of it to ask her why she was being so rude to us! She claimed she wasn't being rude and she was just trying to get our order. After she got our order we didn't see her again, and our drinks were all completely empty.
