We waited over an hr and a half for our food! We were sat down as soon as we walked in around 6:30pm we ended up leaving after they couldnt tell us how much longer after we asked after 8pm. They werent even packed. People kept leaving bc they were sitting waiting for their food some longer than us. This was the worst service we have ever had there

I love love loved our server Gin. She's always awesome when we go. We usually go about 3-4 times a week. Not anymore. The past 3 weekend have been horrible. Over an hour wait for our food the first weekend. Second chance, the kitchen shut down because the staff had no clue what they were doing and messed everything up. Stayed because we love Gin. Today is the last day I ever eat at ww spartanburg. After being here for an hour I finally got my appetizer. Then our food comes out and half of it was wrong and the guy that brought the food out had a bad attitude. This place isn't what it was years ago.
