It took an hour and a half to get wings that had no hot sauce on them and fries that had no cheese on them, which is what we ordered. Waitress was absent the entire 90 minute wait. Everyone seemed very unhappy, staff and customers alike. Worst service I've had in a long time. :(

Normally we love eating at Wild Wings over Buffalo Wild Wings. But the other night was TERRIBLE! Service wasn't good, our food took over an hour to get. I know the football games were on but it wasn't even busy! Very disappointed with this place! Won't be going back.
I took two friends of mine last night for dinner. It took 15 minutes to get our drinks, an hour for the food to arrive. I had to flag down our waitress for a second Crown & Cherry Coke which took another 20 minutes. It was watered down by the time I got it. I wasn't impressed at all and won't be going back.

20 minutes to get drinks, 15 minutes for refill and has to ask and almost an hour to get the food. Nothing to write home about. Never going back.

The entire place smells like a dirty public bathroom. The smell hits you as soon as you walk in. Our server was very nice, but the food took forever. We were there to watch the game, but ended up leaving to watch it at home because we couldn't hear it. Food was not anything special. The Downtown Spartanburg Wild Wing Cafe needs serious improvement. Have no plans to go back.

Wow haven't been here in like 10 years I forgot how amazing the chicken was!! The waitresses was amazing she was a very nice lady!! My husband and I enjoyed it besides a drunk woman wanting to hold our newborn baby girl after the woman was so drunk but besides that it was great!!
