This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. The service was horrible. Half of the table never got their food after waiting for over an hour. We finally got up and left. Never going back.

Awful service...WAITED 2 HOURS...some never received their meal BUT STILL received a bill. Never EVER will WILD WINGS have the oppurtunity to GIVE ME THEIR awful service again..And to think the manager gave us a $10 gift card to RETURN.. #trashcan Which is where that turkey burger they served me should have gone...

Small food portions, good flavors, could have had a more attentive waitress. I had the chicken tenders with the regular breading dipped in Buffalo hot sauce with ranch dressing. It wasn't anything special but it was one of the only restaurants open downtown on Sunday.
Hostess seated us and took drink order...didn't bother to clean dirty table after I wiped my hand across it...twice which she saw and ignored. Server took drink order again...finally got drinks 10 minutes later. Server took order....waited 25 minutes before putting $10 on the table and leaving which was $11 too much . Will NEVER go back!

This was our third time being there. First time going was late at night and service was quick. Then the last two visits its taking almost an hour an half to get our order. There was people coming in after us and getting there food before us. This was the last time that I will be at this location. We where there around 6 they were hardly busy.
My wife and I eat there about once every couple months. The food has always been fantastic but last time it took forever to get our food. It was not a busy night either but we will go back. Love them wings.

Great service, great food, everyone should give them a try
The service is awful!! We waited 1.5 hours to get our food. The servers walk by, look at the guests, but never stop and ask if they need anything. I personally went to hostess stand and got menus and silverware for our table because the waitstaff didn't do their jobs! I am very disappointed because other Wild Wing locations offer great service with attentive staff! You guys need to hire more people and step up your game!
