The food is hit or miss. Sometimes it's amazing others it's just ok. The service could really use some help! Maybe once out of 10 times we've been we've had decent service.

The service was decent but the place felt dirty-greasy like. Shortly after we were served there was a big disturbance outside the entrance. Being with my daughter from Charlotte & son in the military as a Dad I automatically decided to CK it out & had my phone in my right hand soon a woman claiming to be Gen mgr approached me from my left rear reaching for my phone shouting no pictures of course startled I held my arm she reached again then started saying I assaulted her sic ass. I was a contestant in The Wild Wings Cafe Voice Off. My girlfriend Bianca was there to support me. And my best female, Nikki was there to support me too. After the show we danced and had drinks and dinner. We really had a good time.
The service was very good,better then usual, food was also better,I have some bad experiences here.

Rushi Patel is the best waiter there! He went above and beyond to serve us to the best of his ability! Great food and good times with the band upstairs in Saturday nights.

We go there all the time (since we live downtown) but Friday is the first time in my life I didn't leave a tip. He told me it was to hard to put my order in the computer. Next time (if we go back) we will sit at at the upstairs bar where we are always treated nicely.
