Came up from Poole today hoping the shop was as stocked as their pictures suggest, we were not disappointed. Very helpful staff who could literally take one look and know exactly what you'd be leaving with. Will return again!
Beware of restocking fees! I ordered several items for choice. Unfortunately none of the items went with the outfit I was wearing. I returned the items as directed and within the 14 day window. The company decided to deduct £88.51 from my refund as a restocking fee. When I queried this as it’s not only ethically wrong it’s against U.K. law my money was refunded. They did however cancel my next order and I am no longer allowed to purchase from them online!
