Rude and very unhelpful, was told they would call me back with the information I needed which they didn't know. After waiting over two hours for a call back I decided to call them only to receive a very rude man who didn't have any telephone manners and didn't really care. In my opinion I'd advise not using this company if you are looking for a professional agent as obviously this isn't the service they give.
Man can’t drive, got cut up on 2 round abouts, one after the other nearly causing an accident and then his old missus gave me the finger to top it all off, clearly doesn’t know how to drive and his missus is rude.
