On the eve of my father's funeral last week, I had still not received confirmation of the order I had placed with another florist. Very stressed that there would be no flowers, I rang Wigmore Florists and explained the problem. The help and compassion I received brought tears to my eyes. The kind lady who answered my call offered to make a wreath for me there and then, even though it was closing time and normally three days notice are required.
