Tom came out quickly after contacting him and gave a full and comperesive qoute with options for a new boiler, all new radiators and heating control system. Everything was explained and he even came out a second time when I had added a few bits to the job. The work was compleated quickly, tidley and to a high standard. Tom was polite, understanding and trustworthy.
I was recommended Tom from a neighbour who had some plumbing work completed, and had him in to replace all my radiators, advice and explanation was excellent and the work was completed to a high standard. Tom is very professional and reliable – highly recommend.
Outstanding service from Tom. Gave regular updates as he installed a new boiler and new radiators. Quick but excellent work.
Tom was very quick to respond to my boiler leak. His quality of work, friendliness, ease of communication and value for money was as good as anything I've experienced before with a tradesman. Highly recommended.
