Shocking. They run Garswood Vehicle Solutions also, which they deny, but I caught them out. They sell junk and never answer the phone. Having to take this dealership to trading standards, the ombudsman and court. Sold me a car from ( Garswood ) and when checked it had numerous faults and safety issues. I purchased a competitively priced VW Golf and rather than negotiate on price I asked that the timing belt and water pump were replaced and a couple of other items were sorted before I collected the vehicle. These were done plus a service and MoT and the car has been fine. Great service from Tracey and a very straightforward experience.
