I am posting this on behalf of my disabled client: Absolute cowboys. Please do not go anywhere near this company, Elite Roofing company or anybody called Stephen Parry/John Smith. I was charged £2800 for a garage roof with a 10 year guarantee. I am a disabled man, so I couldn’t check the work. My roof now leaks worse than before. They didn’t finish the job, and I still need a new roof. Also on calling him, he didn’t pick up the phone and ignored my phone calls. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT hire these people.

Well satisfied with work done which was completed. speedily without fuss. Following completion of the work after a few days on inspection much of the work was below standard. Pointing was OK but excess mortar on bricks required cleaning with cleaner which took several hours to do. There were issues with the roof repairs which required action and was the work of an average handyman rather than a professional roofer. Also not enough time was spent on cleaning up after the job

They came, sorted out the problem quickly whilst it was dry and help solve to other issues that would have developed into problems efficiently.

They arrived early, but that was OK. They cleaned both my gutters and my next door neighbours. Prompt, polite, and efficient service.
