Chuck did an awesome job inspecting our future home. He took his time to inspect the home. Chuck also made a point to inform me, and educate me on any issues that he found. I was also extremely pleased with his report that he sent out. His report was well organized and written. His pictures that he included on the report also made it great to see what exactly he was talking about. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family!

We couldn't be happier with our home inspection from Chuck. He drove 90 minutes one way on a weekend to complete this inspection. He explained everything in general terms for us and highlighted every minor detail of the house. Definitely learned more about this house than we ever would have known! I truly appreciate how thorough Chuck as with his inspection. Although the house we were looking at was only about 1100 s.f. he still took 2 hours plus to cover everything. His verbal assessment that he provided to us at the completion of his inspection was informative and his written report a few days later was a good source for negotiations and budgeting for repairs and improvements we knew would be needed.
