Very thorough and professional. The report we received after the inspection had the best layout of any we’ve ever had. I’m so thankful our realtor suggested them to us.

I used Wiemann Home Inspection this week and was extremely pleased with the thoroughness of the inspection. Very detailed and I liked the reporting/pictures. Chuck was on time, professional, yet friendly and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them. I've used other inspectors that did not spent nearly the amount of time at the house. Again, very thorough!

Chuck and Chris are extremely professional. They were able to take care of our deadline in short order. Chris came out and performed a very thorough inspection, he communicated any and all issues to us in layman's terms which was a plus. He also answered any questions we had. I am buying my first home and hired Chuck to inspect it! He was very knowledgeable and kind. I think he understood how "new" I am to this house owning and project doing adventure so he picked apart the house while explaining every bit of it. He answered all of my questions and is even going to drive by the house when the weather is nice again to inspect the roof (the house is vacant and it was snowy out today)....
