Blown away by the thoroughness of the inspection of my new home by Chuck. What I most appreciated was the delivered inspection document with literally every little thing marked. Nailhead pops... marked. Small faucet leaks... marked. It's comforting knowing that kind of thorough inspection has been done before moving in. I also like that he invited me to be apart of the inspection so he could talk through things with me so they didn't seem overwhelming or daunting if things needed a little maintenance.

We just had Chuck inspect our newly constructed home. We were very pleased with how thorough and professional Chuck was during the inspection. He took the time to make sure all our questions were answered and even gave us some valuable tips on maintaining our home going forward. We had a fantastic experience with Chuck. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He pointed out several key areas to focus on with the builder and equipped us for those discussions. He also went above and beyond by coming back for a follow-up appointment a few weeks later once the builder had installed the appliances and addressed the major items. I would highly recommend Chuck to anyone interested in a home inspection.
