I scheduled my inspection from Texas, based on what others had said about Wiemann, and am well pleased. Chuck was right on time, I told him what I knew needed done, and he got right to work, showing a lot of respect for my beloved old family home. The report was very thorough, and included color pictures of concerns. No real surprises at the conclusion, and I now have an awesome punch list to work from, and peace of mind for a buyer. Two thumbs up!.
