We used Chuck for our home inspection on our new home and were extremely pleased with his work! Chuck has a great personality, the office staff was friendly and they were very flexible with scheduling. His work was very thorough and he took time to make sure he checked everything – he even helped last minute when we needed some additional information to close on our home. Chuck did an inspection for us and we found many things that were needing updates, we in turn got the seller to do some of those updates and we are working on the others. Chuck had lots of very good ideas and suggestions for us. The report that Chuck gave us I refer back to on a regular bases to check back and see how did he suggest we do this or that. We very strongly recommend Wiemann Home Inspections whenever the need comes along, I would trust both Chris and Chuck with any home.
