Lack of courteous professional accommodating customer service. Have experienced complication after complication after endless complication with this location along with miscommunication/lack of communication within departments & between departments. First I would like to say that I was very disappointed with the service I received from this dealership. At first I thought it was going to be fine, but I was in for a big surprise I tell you! I usually get "The Works" service as it has all the things I needed for this time of service i.e. tire rotation and pressure check. RecommendedTwo weeks ago I stopped by to drop off my Escape for an oil change scheduled for the next day. Instead, the order writer told me he would have it done that day. He told it would take about 45 minutes, which it did. Saved me a walk home and a return walk the next day. Told me that I needed a new air filter next service with no pressure to up sell. Excellent service - friendly and helpful crew.

My wife took her vehicle in to James at the service department for a recall part and a check engine light that was diagnostically locked behind a proprietary code. His initial turnaround time for the repair work was a day, which turned into five days, at which point James went M.I.A. A week into the fiasco, my wife had to call again to leave a message.
