I bought a 2020 explorer 6 months ago. It is not shifting right and cannot be driven. When I called service, the best they could offer was an appointment in 3 weeks. When I persisted, they said I could bring it over, but no guarantees it would get looked at in a timely fashion because “it would just be added to a list”. We inquired about a vehicle on the website. After speaking with a manager decided to fill out the credit application then started to head up there. On our way we received a call that the vehicle we wanted had minor damage and was going to auction. There was no possibility of a customer buying it even if they didn’t want it fixed.
