My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and before we got home the check engine light came on. We had it checked out and they said it would be around $1000.00 to fix. My husband contacted them and they offered no help in getting this fixed. The mechanic said somebody else had chased the same problem but did not fix. They just serviced my 2016 F150 25k miles, now oil is leaking from around the oil filter. If you can't trust a dealership, who can you trust? Of course I noticed it after hours and won't be able to get the issue resolved until Monday. Weekend plans shot.
Run Forest run run as hard as you can they will lye to. RecommendedI was able to get an amazing car from Duval Ford Joe was an awesome salesman that went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted. Joe and his manager, who’s name I didn’t catch, stayed late to make sure I drove away in my car that same night. I wish I knew the manager’s name, but a HUGE thank you to him and Joe!!! The guys in the Service Department kidded me about the low mileage when I brought in for an annual Service visit. Been dealing with them since 1972, see no reason to change.
