RecommendedI have a great salesman at Bill Brown Ford - Chris Soutar. Service was much better than when I brought my car in before and thank God they got rid of the guy in the service department who was there before. Completely rude and a real jerk. If he was still there, I don’t think I’d car a car from your dealership.

Extremely hard to get a service rep to answer the phone. Poor communication. Was told by manager that car was ready to pick up. Drove to dealership and car was not ready. Service rep was cordial.

I hate car shopping and having to deal with crooked SOB’s! Yankee Ford was advertising a 2019 ford transit connect cargo van with only 3418 on it for 19,984.00 which isn't a bad price. I contacted the dealership to find out that vehicle was sent to one of their sister dealerships so I checked their website and sure enough the vehicle was in fact at that dealership.
