Had great personal service with Tyler in sales! However my vehicle was not detailed and was full of dog hair. Marc (owner) told me he would have it detailed only if I provided him with another key faub for my trade-in. So dont expect customer care from the owner. Will not purchase another vehicle from them.

I bought a 2020 explorer 6 months ago. It is not shifting right and cannot be driven. When I called service, the best they could offer was an appointment in 3 weeks. When I persisted, they said I could bring it over, but no guarantees it would get looked at in a timely fashion because “it would just be added to a list”. Apparently they have no loaners to offer either. Extremely poor customer service in my opinion. This is a brand new car!
