The service center is okay, but takes a while to get your car fixed. The buying process took like 5 hours and i said several times “if this is going to be any longer than 30 min, tell me now so I can leave.” They would assure it would be less than 30 min and knowing full well they were lying. The salesman was nice but ultimately bordered on incompetent. The expedition has tons of features I do not like and that cannot be changed. So overall an unpleasant experience on a $70k car.

The crew at their Collision Center is AWESOME! Fixed the body work on my Infiniti perfectly, and even cleaned the windows before giving it back. Everyone in the office was super professional, and Jacob kept me up to date on everything! I will definitely recommend them to others!!!!!

I have a lot of bad situations with this dealership, I bought my car on July 25th and since then I have not had any peace, the car at Lincoln MKC 2017 has not stopped giving problems since the day I bought it. The car returned to the mechanic several times and I was without a car for days. This last time I spent more than 13 days without a car because the car's engine was changed. I give raceway Ford of Hartsville 5 stars. Great atmosphere and amazing people and very helpful I’m so glad I went to them but I want to give an even bigger shout out to Mr. Travis Stewart he was very helpful and very straightforward with me about everything and answered any questions I had. I would not be driving this awesome car without his help. So if anyone is looking for a vehicle I highly recommend going to them and ask for Travis Stewart he is the best

Hi this is Antonio I really don’t recommend koons falls Church Ford because when your buying a vehicle they ask you if you want gapt insurance so the deal is that when you finish paying the vehicle they give you money back for not making no damages to the car. But they lie they don’t give you the money back they explain something when your going to buy a vehicle but when your done paying the vehicle they explain something else.
