UPDATE: Received a genuine call from one one the leads on my case. Explained more of the situation and what actual work was done and charged/ not charged for. This was a step in the right direction. Thanks for following up. 3/5 stars. Here is why I say that: Brought my car in back in September. Was told it would be ready the next day and cost only around 400. RecommendedEasy and stress free process, staff was very friendly. I went in on the defense as I haven't had the best past experience with dealerships and although it was not the normal process for them they worked with me.
